Subscriptions
Subscriptions are for 12 months from the date of purchase. When a subscription expires, a renewal is necessary; we do not do automatic renewals.

Individual Teacher Subscriptions and Home/Family Subscriptions may be paid by MasterCard or Visa credit cards.

Purchase Orders may be used for School Site Licenses. MasterCard, Visa and school checks are also accepted. No personal checks are accepted. If a school wishes to use a Purchase Order, please call, fax or mail the information found on the Purchase Order Form. (See Subscription Options.)

A School Site License provides all teachers and all students of a school full access while at school. The User ID and password may be shared with students. The Facts4Me web site is active during normal school hours. The activation time is 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time. If requested, the activation time may be adjusted to meet the needs of each school.
For teachers wanting additional access time, a home access license may be purchased for an additional fee.

An Individual Teacher Subscription provides full access for one teacher and his or her classroom. The User ID and password may be shared with students. The Facts4Me web site is active during normal school hours. The activation time is 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time. If requested, the activation time may be adjusted to meet the needs of each classroom.
The User ID and password are not to be shared with other teachers. Teachers may not use the User ID and password to access Facts4Me from their home computers without purchasing a separate Family/Home subscription.

A Home/Family Subscription provides one family and/or teacher full access for their family members from their home computer(s). The web site is always active and available for Home Subscriptions. The User ID and password are not to be shared outside the immediate family.

All subscriptions are final. No refunds

Liability
Subscribers agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Facts4Me, Inc. and all related parties and services from any and all liability, penalties, losses, damages, costs, expenses, attorneys' fees, causes of action, or claims caused by or resulting indirectly from use of www.facts4me.com.

Copyright Issues
All materials available on www.facts4me.com are intended for educational use and not commercial use. Texts, images and site design from www.facts4me.com may not be re-sold or re-distributed without the express, written permission of Facts4Me, Inc. Other educational web sites may link to www.facts4me.com but the uploading of pages from www. facts4me.com to another web site will be treated as a copyright violation.

Privacy Promise
Subscribers' e-mail addresses and personal information will be used by Facts4Me, Inc. for three purposes only:
   1. for log-in purposes
   2. to respond to a subscriber's e-mail to us
   3. to advise subscribers on issues regarding their subscriptions.
No e-mail addresses or other personal information will be released to any third parties.
